Please note that the lecture “European Company Law” by Prof. Dr. Jessica Schmidt, LL.M. starts only on 22 October 2018.
Students are asked to bring a copy (in English language) of the Company Law Directive (CLD) and of the TFEU to the first class on 22 October 2018.
